das bekommt man, wenn man das infomaterial (anmeldebogen & uebersetzung) anfordert.
allerdings weiss ich nicht, wie das aus deutschland mit dem porto geht. normalerweise wollen sie einen frankierten an-sich-selbst-adressierten-rueckumschlag haben. aber sofern man keine japanischen briefmarken bei sich zu hause hat, is das auch sinnlos. ^^;
pseu? wie hast du das gemacht?

Do I have to pay the NHK man?
