Right, title's bringing it to a point: a shiver ran down my back reading this. Imagine how it would be sung.. ♫

And hold me tight
in endless dreams (of hope and love)<
Endless dreams have one huge disadvantage: they are endless, so you can't appreciate them as you did it before. Maybe there's a strange sense between staying awake and dreaming.
Hum, and dreaming - or sleeping - can be a try to escape reallity. (And there's this memory, of when I was younger and always waited for sleep long time - it felt like hours and hours.)

In your arms
Even you are so far away
I hope that my silent words, screams, tears
will reach you one day<
To enjoy time in someone's arms, to feel guarded and warmth is something special, I think.
Silent words, sometimes, sound loudest. Especially in crowds.
>I just want you to know
That I won't let you fall
I'll stay by your side
as long as you want me to<
I think, this one is the most touching stanza. Everyone would like to be sure of this. Of not been left alone falling somewhere nowhere.
But though. Not to be sure seems to remain the insecurity of hearty ;) Maybe this is the one thing making love so.. antsy. ;)

I can touch the scars
just because of your smile<
Hum.. which scars?
But though, feeling guarded may enforce someone to confront hard times and stand the one's ground.

I couldn't believe<
The next stanza I really love right here. Instant love.. hehe.
It sounds like this person spoken to must be the luckiest one on earth ;)

It reminds me of "Remedy/Liar"
An uncertain feeling in the end, a hope.
I like the way you express your thoughts, and I'm impressed about the honestness you're showing yourself in front of.. lots of people.
But though, you know this anyway. ^^
