Ueto Aya (jap. 上戸 彩 Ueto Aya; * 14. September 1985 in Tokyo) ist eine japanische Schauspielerin, Musikerin und Idol.

Ueto Aya ist eine der aktuell bekanntesten japanischen Schauspielerinnen. Sie spielt nicht nur in "Dorama"-Serien mit, sondern hatte auch schon Hauptrollen in einigen Filmen. Die bekanntesten Filme sind Azumi (2003) und Azumi 2 (2005).

Sie wurde im Jahr 1997 beim "7th All-Japan National Young Beauty contest" entdeckt, wo sie einen Special Award der Jury gewann. Daraufhin folgten einige Auftritte in Werbespots, die ihre Karriere als Schauspielerin begründeten. Im Jahr 1999 gründete sie die J-Pop Band Z-1 mit Mami Neijki, Mai Fujiya und Manami Nishiwaki. Bis zum Start von Ayas Solokarriere brachten sie gemeinsam fünf Singles heraus. Ihre erste Single im Jahr 2002 hieß "Pureness", seitdem hat sie mehrere weitere Singles und Alben produziert.

2005 spielte Aya die Hauptrolle in der Verfilmung der Manga-Serie "Attack No.1" in Deutschland besser bekannt als Mila Superstar
